If you send an email to hello@a-mar.com, the data you include in that message will be processed as follows:
- Purpose: to deal with and answer your enquiry.
- Legal basis: the legitimate interest in replying to someone who contacts us, under article 6.1.f of Regulation (EU) 2016/679.
- Retention: for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and thereafter for any applicable legal periods.
- Recipients: no data is passed to third parties, except where legally required. Email is handled through the contracted email service provider, acting as data processor.
Server logs
The hosting provider may keep technical access logs, including IP addresses, for security and service maintenance. This is inherent to the operation of any web server and rests on the legitimate interest in keeping the site running and protected.
Your rights
You may request access to your data, its rectification or erasure, the restriction of or objection to processing, and data portability, by writing to hello@a-mar.com.
